Time Flies when having fun!!
Oh my goodness has it been 2 months already!! Time does fly when one is having fun
I have been like most others tied down with holiday preps, the odd bit of travel and the like. We just spend a lovely week in Kalbarri with the family and it was wonderful...
the boys caught enough fish to feed all and some to share will have to share pics as soon as they are downloaded to the computer.
meanwhile I have been lucky enought to aquire 3 new e-patterns from Colleen Babcock
we have Treasures of the Deep a sultry sea siren, Gather Ye Rosebuds a lovely doll with a clock built into her dress and last but by no means least we have Give us a Kiss... a hanging Yuletide doll great to make as a gift or for yourself... easily personalized you can make one for all your friends...

ok time to reveal why I have been silent
Hi everyone its been a while to say the least...
remember I told you I was busy sewing? well I was making a couture wedding gown for my niece and it was all very hush hush as you can imagine....
I am extremely proud of the outcome... Sadly I couldnt get photos of her wearing it because my camera decided to pack it in the night before the big day~ YIKES...
anyhooI did take progress photos and can now share them as her day has come and gone...

busy, busy, busy...!
things have been a bit quiet here lately... a few even asked if everything was ok ...
My answer is yes everything is just glorious but extremely busy for me right now... I am in the process of sewing for a couple of weddings (most of which I finished this week) which gives me 2 weeks to tie up loose ends before making my way to sunny California for a months visit with my family in June... then when I come home and it will be head down and bum up again getting ready for yet another wedding...so I guess you could say I am sewing for 2 life sized dolls LOL
Thank you to everyone who expressed concern, your thoughts are appreciated... once all is said and done it will be back to normal (if there is such a thing??)

These gorgeous stump dolls are a wonderful rendition of the The Two Antoinettes - Jeanne and Marie
This e- pattern is for a 19" Stump Doll dressed in Period Costume based on famous portraits of Marie Antionette and Jeanne Marie Madame Le Pompadour. There are two body and costume versions of the doll and also Ghostie variations of each.
The basic doll pattern consists of 25 pages with 57 color pictures, a 4 page Face Sculpting/coloring Addendum, 7 pages of Pattern Pieces and a separate 9 page tutorial to change the Ladies into Ghostie variations. The tutorial includes 17 color photos explaining fabric shading and aging techniques and special face drawing, sculpting and coloring.
